I'm a luxury travel advisor and the person behind Tanner Travels. I plan curated journeys for people who've worked hard, love adventure, and are ready to make their best travel years the ones ahead of them.

A Career Built Around Delivering Results
Before Tanner Travels, I spent 30+ years in enterprise software sales and operations — building teams, managing complex client relationships, and executing at the highest levels at companies including SAP. That career took me across six continents, introduced me to some of the world's great cities, and gave me a front-row seat to what truly exceptional service looks like.
It also made me a demanding traveler. I know what makes a trip fall apart — and what makes it unforgettable. Every itinerary I build reflects that perspective.
Travel DNA
Travel Has Always Been My Other Full-Time Job
For 25+ years, I've been organizing golf group trips — scouting courses, negotiating access, managing every detail, and making sure everyone shows up at the first tee on time and leaves with stories they'll tell for years. Golf travel isn't a side interest for me. It's a deep expertise built over decades on the ground.
Beyond golf, my personal travel résumé spans experiences most people only dream about. I've attended the Tour de France in Nice and the 2024 Summer Olympics in Paris. I've trekked to Machu Picchu. I've sailed the Mediterranean and explored destinations across South America, Europe, Africa, and Asia.
In 2015, I took a hard turn into endurance athletics — completing 2 full Ironman triathlons, 6 half-Ironmans, and multiple Olympic-distance races. I know what it means to fully commit to an adventure. That mindset shapes how I travel and how I plan trips for clients.
Today I channel that energy into Tanner Travels and into giving back — volunteering at triathlon events and helping others chase their own finish lines, whether that's crossing a race tape or stepping off a ship in Antarctica.
